Rachel is a local lady who runs a selection of Yoga classes from "The Haven School of Yoga" in Southwold.

Rachel has been practising many forms of Yoga over the past 6 years and is qualified to teach Hatha Yoga training with the BSY (British school of Yoga). Her friend Clare has qualified as a Pilates Teacher, together they offer both Yoga and Pilates
